Steps:
1) create a local branch
2) checkout the branch
3) open Git Log for HEAD and try to push

There should be RemoteLocation that is used to push changes/branches.

We agreed with Szymon, that for now, until the bug is fixed, the action should be disabled in the UI, for branches where the RemoteLocation is not provided. Effectively this will disallow you to push new branches to remote, but it's better than a bunch of exceptions we're seeing right now.
