Duplication of graphical element  when copy paste with model.

the problem was due that two edit policies respond to  the request duplication
It has been solved by  change the role of the duplicatePasteEditPolocy like this

installEditPolicy(EditPolicy.CONTAINER_ROLE, new DuplicatePasteEditPolicy());

Done in the version 4760.
