As I understand it, the front-end needs to essentially alias money type as type decimal.

I have updated the following classes:

Egl2MofBase
MofConversion
Mof2BindingBase

and i have removed the defintion of anyMoney from egl.lang.SimpleTypes.egl

The IRs will now be serialized with the money type aliased to decimal
