For the release review for MAT 1.1 we need to provide 
1) Release docuware according to http://wiki.eclipse.org/Development_Resources/HOWTO/Release_Reviews
2) IP log

I have already submitted the IP log for the project. Will attach it here for reference once it is approved

MAT 1.1 Release Documentation

This is the proposal for release documentation. I will post the link to the maling lists (dev and PMC) to ask for comments.

There are also no chane proposals on the mat-dev mailing lists. I will then send the document further to Wayne.

I just attached the approved IP Log I got from Sharon. I'll also put it on our web site.
I have already sent the release document to EMO.
I think with this the documentation for the review should be complete now.
