I noticed this e.g. with the Tasktop EA announce bug 266: announce Early Access releases

This bug has 103 comments and if I select the latest comment from the outline view, it takes me about 1 minute
until this comment is opened. During this time no visual feedback / indication is displayed. Even the comment
in the Outline View is not displayed as being selected.

Any chance to improve the performance here?
