Currently, we construct the name of the installed RAP runtime from constants available into the code. This is not so flexible because we have to change this before each release. Will be better to configure the name on the p2-repository from which the runtime is installed.

I close this bug as wont fix. Please see bug 346525 comment 4 for the reason.
