Since RWT provides an implementation of the Canvas widget, the org.eclipse.rap.rwt.excanvas widget in the Incubator is no longer needed.
I propose to move it the the "obsolete" folder in CVS.

The explorer canvas bundle is intended to expand the availability of custom widgets (and their dependent libraries) that utilize an HTML Canvas tag (e.g., JIT visualizations). The RWT canvas implementation does not solve this problem, that I know of.

Ok, I withdraw my suggestion.
I mixed up the excanvas bundle with an earlier custom canvas widget that would not be needed anymore.
