The org.h2 bundle is shipping without a copy of the EPL, although its about.html claims that it should be in about_files/LICENSE.TXT.

Since it's EPL, which is referenced in the about.html anyways, perhaps the simplest solution is removing the respective reference to LICENSE.TXT in the about.html ?

The respective source bundle also doesn't ship with about_files but in there, the about.html doesn't reference the EPL.

I don't think this was fixed, but since Neon, org.h2 1.1.117 has not been shipped. org.h2 1.3.168 seems to reference an existing license file in its about.html.

Technically we can say this was fixed by not shipping the affected version in newer releases, and shipping a version of org.h2 that correctly references a license, so marking this bug respectively.
