When creating a call operation (with a linked operation) or when updating the called operation of the action, the label of the CallBehaviorAction should be updated as follow :
"Call<Name of called Operation>"

This name update should occur for user facilities when :
- operation attribute of the CallOperation is set (including during creation) to a non-null value
- the name of the called Operation is updated and the CallOperation was named "Call<Old name of called Operation>"

In other conditions, this means the user has explicitely updated the name after setting the Operation. Hence, we consider the action has been renamed on purpose (no automatic renaming untill the called Operation changes).
