Threaddump during system hangup

Clean install of 4.1 RC1, then install EMF & E4 Tools then install WTP
Open new Dynamic web project with generated xml file
Attempt to open xml, system hangs

If clean install 4.1 RC1 followed by WTP works OK in XML edit
