Most of the API must be internal as R4E is not intended to be extended, however the R4E UI has to be defined as a friend.

this is currently done by marking all the packages as internal in the exported packages, however renaming the packages is also needed.

Mylyn has been restructured, and our issue tracking has moved to GitHub [1].
