When an validation error is thrown the URL and node properties are not being set on the ValidationEventLocator.  To recreate the issue see:

  - http://bdoughan.blogspot.com/2010/12/jaxb-and-marshalunmarshal-schema.html

Note:
The node property should only be included when unmarshalling from a DOM source.  And the URL property should only be included when one is appropriate for the input source.
