Per email below, all DTP feature projects should be updated to include the latest version of the Eclipse user agreement, dated Feb 1, 2011. A copy of the latest license.html file can be found in the platform feature project, e.g. eclipse/features/org.eclipse.platform_3.7.0.*/license.html ---------------------------------------- Date: Thu, 19 May 2011 16:43:39 +0200 From: Markus Knauer <mknauer@eclipsesource.com> To: Eclipse Cross Project Issues <cross-project-issues-dev@eclipse.org> Subject: [cross-project-issues-dev] Eclipse Foundation Software User Agreement Hi *, I am testing to update my packages from M7 to RC1 and while I am doing this, I found out that some of the features are still using the old version of the user agreement: Eclipse Foundation Software User Agreement April 14, 2010 others use the updated version Eclipse Foundation Software User Agreement February 1, 2011 My expectation was that every item that can be installed from our Simultaneous Release repository should use the new version... Regards, Markus
Updated.
Apparently, besides updating the license.html file, all the feature projects' feature.properties file will also need updates in the "license" property entry. The correct text can be copied from those in platform feature's feature.properties file.

Updated license.html and feature.properties. Included change into 1.9.0 RC4 build
org.eclipse.datatools.connectivity.*.feature.group are not containing the correct SUA files. Please update them in the indigo sr1 release. Reopen.
In a closer look at the problem report: http://build.eclipse.org/indigo/simrel/reports/licenseConsistency.html "The report lists features in repository with no license (SUA) in the content metadata. This report uses the repository's content metadata, instead of the jar files themselves." those features that are having old (2010) SUA license are all the source features: * org.eclipse.datatools.*.feature.source.feature.group All the non source ones do have matching (2011) license: * org.eclipse.datatools.*.feature.feature.group
Update new license in DTP 1.9 source feature
