For the Helgrind plugin to be available via the p2 repo, it needs to be included in the Valgrind feature.

Fixed in 5985ef372db2a7c82ddeeede58326c6ff172deef.  Should show up in next build.  Let's be sure to verify that it's present when one installs the Valgrind feature.
