The renaming of a TC becomes at non-renamed TC references currently only visible  after refreshing the project. Occurs in the TCB and TSB.

To reproduce
 - Create TC a and b
 - reuse a in b and save
 - rename a in TCB to c --> TC reference in b still shows a for the referenced TC name.
