I would like to deceorate text widgets with a thin border that fades in when the text widget gains focus and softly fades out if it loses focus.
For an example, watch Windows 7 native text widget gain and lose focus.

The new default theme in 1.5 has this feature, but without the animation. In addition to changing the border color, a glow shadow is rendered around the focused Text.
