A shel that is maximized still draws a rounded corner. This can at least be seen with the default RAP theme.

This issue can only be reproduced with the "fancy" theme. With the current default theme and the business theme, it's ok.

Removed tri-plicate Shell CSS definitions in fancy.css. Fixed with commit 6b8669a556f58ef479b798d2410b256d7376fde6.
