The generation of the project was successful as far as I can see, but causes a crash of eclipse.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a project in one workspace
2.Switch to a new workspace
3.Create a new project out of the first one from the first workspace

All on Linux(opneSUSe11.4)

How did you install Eclipse? Which Eclipse download did you get? Which JRE are you using to run Eclipse?

Do you have any VM crash logs? Please attach them to this bug.

Q:How did you install Eclipse?

A:I´ve download the classic version from eclipse.org and extract it. The next was a start from the eclipse file in the eclipse folder.

Q:Which Eclipse download did you get?

A:The classic version 3.6.2 from
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/eclipse/downloads/drops/R-3.6.2-201102101200/eclipse-SDK-3.6.2-linux-gtk-x86_64.tar.gz

Q:Which JRE are
you using to run Eclipse?

A:In openSUSE the standard is openJDK, I have it in Version 1.6 b20, the newest stable update.

Q:Do you have any VM crash logs?

A:Uhh,... strange to answer, I am also new to java programming, so I am not so instructed where I can find such specific.. ahhh, I have it I think. It was in my document folder. I attach it. Tell it to me when it is wrong.

Comment 6 Curtis Windatt CLA 2012-08-31 16:43:16 EDT
This doesn't look like a PDE bug.

Can you explain what you mean by:
3.Create a new project out of the first one from the first workspace

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
