For longer lists I can't see the horizontal scrollbar untill I scroll down to the end of the page.

AFAIK it's an issue with all pages with lists i.e. the repo navigator and file navigator. Moreover if the list is short, the horizontal scrollbar is placed in the middle of the page.

Done, navigator was fine.
