Description Harish Garapati CLA 2011-05-18 07:26:17 EDT
Build Identifier: I20100608-0911

When a project is closed which has unsaved files opened in the editor, the unsaved files are not closed and the files are left in the dirty mode, if in the Save Resources dialog Deselect All button is clicked. The expected behavior is the files should be closed in the editor and the files should not be in the unsaved state.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run eclipse platform 3.6
2.Create a project.
3.Create two files in the project.
4.Make the two files dirty by modifying the files and by not saving them.
5. Do not close the files opened in the editor and now close the project.
6. A Save Resource dialog will be opened with the unsaved files listed and selected.
7. Now click on Deselect All and then on Ok button.
8. Notice that the files are still open in the editor in dirty mode and the project is closed.

What files are you creating and what editor are you using to edit them?

Ok, this happens with plain text editors as well.

Remy,

Does this comes under Editor Mgmt?
