patch file for org.eclipse.ptp.rm.lml.da (to version 1.04)

This patch file applies to the plugin called org.eclipse.ptp.rm.lml.da.

The attached patch contains the differences between LML_da version 1.03 and
1.04 and adds following enhancements:
   - pattern matching in generation of table
   - rms:TORQUE: job status according PTP job status 
   - removed dependency to XML-Parser module
   - bugfix in gen_nodedisplay
