It would be nice to have a synchronize button in the Open Task dialog. Sometimes I am about to open a task that is in the repository but it does not yet show in the dialog. So I have to close it switch to Planning perspective and refresh the repository manually or wait for automatic synchronization :)

Interesting suggestion. We could consider this as an item in the drop down menu in the top-right corner of the dialog.

Mylyn has been restructured, and our issue tracking has moved to GitHub [1].
