Keyboard focus and menus are lost after using Exposé with modal child shell.

Steps:
- open Open Type dialog
- Exposé
- click the Eclipse window
=> Open Type dialog looks active, but doesn't get keyboard input

- cancel Open Type dialog
=> workbench window is active and has keyboard focus, but the menu bar only shows the Eclipse app menu

Scenario 2:
- open an Eclipse text editor
- open Open Type dialog and place it so that you can see the caret in the text editor
- Exposé
- click another application (e.g. TextEdit)
- Exposé
- click Eclipse window
=> same bug as before, but now both SWT shells have a blinking caret
