Build Identifier: 

1. Create Tigerstripe project with Entity and Enumeration artifact
2. Add constant to the Enumeration 
3. Add attribute of Enumeration type and set constant as default value.
4. Delete constants in Tigerstripe Explorer.
As a result - there is no message that it may afftects referenced artifacts.
5. Save changes.
As a result - Error messages in Problems view is disappeared and it becomes hard to find all referenced artifacts that need to be changed.
