building a feature headless with 4 plugins.
set p2.gathering = true in build.properties file.
get error message:
C:\BuildRTCTest\assemble.my.rtc.feature.group.group.group.xml:182: Unable to find: Installable Unit [ id=my.plugin1 version=1.0.0.201105130931 ]

found that the version qualifier for all the plugins in the content.xml are not replaced by the timestamp.  they all are: 1.0.0.qualifier.

only the feature qualifier is changed to ...1.0.0.201105130931

I noticed bug 24606 - https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=246060
has a fix for build with a .product file.  but not for a feature build.

Please help.

Currently we are not actively enhancing PDE build anymore. Therefore, I close this bug as WONTFIX. 

Please reopen, if you plan to provide a fix.
