Sometimes, when opening a change in the task the web link icon is initially hidden (I could at least reproduce it with the egit gerrit instance). After refresh the icon is displayed.

This would happen if the URL wasn't always getting set on the task properly. Might be caused by a difference between the partial and full task data.
