Patch for annotations.xml

The org.eclipse.emf.cdo.examples.hibernate.server annotations xml should be changed to use the eclass name Addressable instead of Address.

The attached patch solves this.

Martin, it's quicker if you just commit changes to plugins/features that have "hibernate" in their namespace without going to a review. Most of the times I can not really judge your changes. Of course, if you really want my feedback in certain cases I'll be happy to tell you my opinion ;-)
