[Please add some standalone JUnit tests]

AcceleoWorkspaceUtil.INSTANCE.isInDynamicBundle is now called as Acceleo exits via clearPackageRegistry().

At least this is on exit and Acceleo is my last workflow action, so nothing is lost.

The fix has been contributed on HEAD, it will be available in Acceleo 3.1.0 RC1.
