Build Identifier: RSE 3.2.2 maintenance

If a directory contains files of casesensitive name, it fails to paste it to another host

2. Copy the directry and paste it to another linux host
3. The pasted directry only contains file abc.c. ABC.c is not copied over.

This is not a trivial problem to deal with when it comes to using windows client so I don't expect this to be fixed anytime soon.
