Problem is in org.eclipse.jpt.jpadiagrameditor.doc.user_1.0.0.v201105070000.jar.

latest build had same layout error ... pretty sure that build included your changes? Looks like build.properties still need to be updated to include it?

You are right I did not have the about.html in the build.properties.
It has been released, and we will use the current build for our smoke test.
