Inherited method is not removed when I select <clear extension> for AssociationClass

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create Tigerstripe project with 2 entities and 2 association classes
2. Add method to association class 1
3. Extend association class 2 to association class 1. Save changes.
4. See that method is displayed in methods section of association class 2.
5. Open Extends dialog and select <clear extension>. Save changes.
6. See that method is still displayed in methods section of association class 2.
