Created attachment 195281 [details] Screen shot showing how to reproduce I'm able to reproduce this at will by trying to arrange the Outline view along the right-hand side. The cursor was roughly at the location shown by the red arrow in the lower-right of the window.
I believe Eric has fixed this for the next build (see bug 341009).
Cannot reproduce with I20110524-1000 on Windows XP. Please feel free to reopen if you're still getting this CCE, Brian.
