I installed the Mylyn Github connector and tried to submit an issue. 

I receive Submit failed: Unexpected error: Unprocessable Entry”.

Unfortunately I don't see that a stack trace is created.

Can reproduce, the problem is a HTTP 422 from Github:

422 Unprocessable Entity (WebDAV) (RFC 4918)
The request was well-formed but was unable to be followed due to semantic errors.
