After project graduation we will have to update version numbers in

- manifests

- IConstants and friends (?)

- some plain text locations like:
  - about files
  - messages.properties (batch compiler)
  - features.html (otdt.ui.help)

proposed fix

Here's a first take at the big update:
- version numbers 0.8 -> 2.0
- remove "Incubation"
- add/update version numbers in plug-in dependencies

Seems to be working OK incl. Indigo aggregation.

Verified for 2.0 RC1 using build 201105161939:

All remaining source references to 0.8 and "Incubation" are inside
documentation, @since tags etc.

(Only the about.ini in that build still mentions "Incubation", fix has been released).
