I have Subclipse 1.6.17 and EGit 0.12.1 installed on Helios SR2.

1. Choose Team > Show History on a Subclipse project.
2. Right-click a revision.
3. There's a Team menu which seems to be from EGit, with a Rebase... item, and a Rebase submenu.
