Changes made to bugs are visible when opening the bug but bugzilla query results are no longer up-to-date.

I heard from someone that he doesn't even see the new bugs.

This is what I saw when trying to open the bug in a browser.

The database slave had been stalled by a bad query.  It's catching up now, and in the meanwhile, bugzilla is using the master exclusively.
