Editor is dirty when a change is made to a Microsoft Visio drawing, however clicking the Save button does not save changes to the drawing.  The editor remains dirty.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import a Visio drawing from file system
2. Double-click the imported file, it opens in an editor
3. Make a change to the drawing and click Save
4. Close drawing and re-open, changes were not saved

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
