Orbit will be promoting a new build this weekend for RC1 and we should consume it. Specifically there are 2 changes that we need to pick up:

1). Consume SAT4J v2.3.0. I have already updated the map file to pull this version from a declared i-build but we should consume it from a stable build once declared.

2). Ant 1.8.2 has an updated copyright statement and we should get the new version.
