We should not have more than 10 nightly builds stored on the server; older builds should be deleted.

Adding this purging to the existing script executed by the build.

Ok done: https://hudson.eclipse.org/hudson/job/rtp-packages/126/console
purged all the old N builds. In fact it pureged too many of them so we only have the latest 7 N builds for now.
I have fixed the script afterwards to have 10 builds left.
