Scout client memory consumption for table pages is too heavy. 
Organisation / lazy loading of table nodes to be optimized.

Implemented changes:
- Creation of dummy nodes for initial loading of table page
- Dummy node expansion to full nodes when activated
- Memory management policiy that influences caching (control over JVM parameter)
