To support calling from a top-level product bundle installer, the
XDCtools installer must allow a command line option to not display
the InstallJammer window during installation.

I think I have a fix for the xdctools installer when it is invoked in silent mode. Can you download http://www.sanb.design.ti.com/tisb_releases/XDCtools/3_22_01_13/exports/xdctools_ccs_setupwin32_3_22_01_13_eng.exe
and confirm the fix?
