- mnemonic clashes for 'n', 'c', 'y' (BAD as it hides Apply)
- labels in sentence style (e.g. "Report Output Location", "Report Type")

fix

patch fixes up the mnemonic issues and the casing for the use and pattern tab and some pattern wizard pages.

-1 for the new sentence.  

"Initialize report directory before reporting new results"

The sentence sounds fine, but it doesn't convey the correct meaning.  When I read it my first thought is that the option is asking to create the directory structure, not delete the previous data.

With only J, K, Q, Z available, I would rather not have a mnemonic over using initialize.

Everything else in the patch is good though.
