The editor can go into a massive error logging loop if there is a major inconsistency.

e.g. edit an OCL.stdlib that has an non-ClassifierType Classifier.

Library errors are now limited to one appearance each.

resolveLazyReferences is not invoked if there are library or syntax errors.
