The org.eclipse.sphinx.xtendxpand.ui.wizards.pages.OutletsConfigurationPage should allow setting the outlet provider to be used for displaying outlets in the relavant group content. This functionnality allow adding other outlets to default and displaying then with no refresh page need.

Fixed by changing the visibilty of the "outletProvier" from private to protected and in org.eclipse.sphinx.xtendxpand.ui.wizards.pages.OutletsConfigurationPage.createOutletsGroupContent(Composite) instance a new outlet provider only if it is null (i.e, no yet set).
