The Run/Debug button in eclipse launch configuration dialog is enabled even after deleting all the launch configuration types.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run eclipse 3.6 
2.Create a valid launch configuration type in Run/Debug Launch configuration dialog
3.Observe that the Run/Debug button is enabled.
4.Now delete the created launch configuration type.
5.Observe that the Run/Debug button is still in enabled state.

In 3.7M7 this works for me.
