We need to actually get the SD components included in the build! Jonas, if you create an SD feature plugin, then I'll add it to the build feature proper. Just follow the pattern of the other features with appropriate changes.

Also I noticed that some of the class names were using "SD", some "Sd". We should pick one for consistency. I'd suggest "SD" as I think the best Java pattern is to treat all but leading acronyms in all caps. Though note ahead of time that this will give us headaches for case-insentive file systems; we'll probably need to wipe out our workspaces and re-import. But that seems to be something I'm doing daily anyway.

I've gone ahead and added the SD plugin, but very important: I need a correct copyright for you guys. Please take a look at the naming as well.

Thanks, Miles. I wasn't aware of this bug. I'll be working on the naming convention and the copyright.
