The first time the context assist is used after connecting to a datasource there is a very long pause while the editor attempts to load metadata from the database.  Since this this feature doesn't work anyways (at least for my connection setup) it would be nice to disable it.

Since it could just be my connection setup that is the problem, here are the details:
Generic JDBC Driver profile
jtopen 6.3 driver
DB2i (v5r4 & v6r1)
system naming; library list but no default library

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set Connection Info
2. Type "select [space]" into the editor which will invoke the context assist
3. There will be a long pause before the context assist is displayed.
