After recent changes placeholder of user information is rendered after checking user. Because there is no place to put the information returned by checkUser(), we are not rendering it.

I modified the eclipse.globalCommandUtils.generateUserInfo and eclipse.globalCommandUtils.generateBanner so that if generateUserInfo couln't create user info it saves it and then generateBanner calls generateUserInfo again.
