I20110428-0200

- Start eclipse
- Note the border color of an active tab of an inactive stack
=> It is black (see attached screenshot) and ugly!

This color becomes light blue-gray after the stack has been made active at least once.

I noticed this before as well but it doesn't seem to be a problem anymore with the I20110501-0200 build.
