I have managed to see the following query container decoration inconsistency:

Given that a query contains only one not resolved task and multiple resolved tasks.
When the task has an incoming change and becomes closed
  And the query container is open 
Then the incoming decoration disappears

I have the 'Categorized' presentation mode enabled.
